“My niece lives at Arizona Desert Falls. No one wants to be away from home for serious medical reasons but in her case it is necessary, the family does not have the medical resources to care fro her appropriately. Arizona Desert Falls has been a great placement. They handle her day to day, sometimes under difficult circumstances. I can leave and know she is in good hands. They work with me to make sure she gets good care and remains as happy as possible under the circumstances. I give this home 5 stars, because it give her a good place to live as happily as possible and they give me peace of mind.”

“I have used Jason Paladino for physical therapy on two occasions, the latest being right now. He has brought me back to my old self from very painful back issues by using a variety of strategies from strength training to dry needling and cupping. He took time out of his day to follow me around in my volunteer “job” to be sure I was using proper posture and techniques in pushing wheelchairs, gurneys and hospital beds. Jason oversaw my rehab from rotator cuff surgery even going with me to doc and observing the surgery. I think this all says a great deal about the kind of a person and professional person he is.”

Yes, there has been a great deal of turnover but that happens in all SNFs. But there are also several members of staff who have been there for 15+ years. The rehab team is wonderful! I would go back solely for them. Hate to see such negative reviews from others.”

“I don’t know about anyone else but the service and care I received here was EXCELLENT. In fact, I can’t remember the last time I received a more comprehensive eye exam at a walk-in eye care center. (Re: Dr. Janice McKechnie-Lux) I even had my eyes dilated and checked at no extra charge. The associates on the floor were awesome too. They were personable, attentive and did a great job helping me find the right frame for my face and prescription. BUT.... The proverbial cherry on top was getting a call...A WEEK EARLIER THAN QUOTED...informing me that my glasses had come in and were ready for pick up. Woo-hoo!!! ???????? Thank you for a job very well done.”
