“Its a decent mobile home park with great management. The Manager is a good guy, he's responsible and quick to respond to any issues tenants might have. Yes, it looks like the stereotypical "trailer park," but the residents are much more classy and clean. I know from family members who reside there that they have very low to no crime. When I visit, I never see any trashy druggies or other low-lifes I'd expect to see and have seen at other nicer/higher-end mobile home parks in Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria.”

“There is a reason that this location is considered the best resort in Arizona. It is a truly spectacular place to be. The staff are always extraordinarily polite and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The rooms and grounds are exceptionally nice and cared for. I could go on and on about how amazing this resort is, but it suffices to say that you should jump at the chance if you ever have an opportunity to stay here.”

“Hallways could use updating. But cheap friendly place. Not as bad as the reviews but you get what you pay for. My room had a decent size fridge and microwave. Good value but yeah if you're looking for a brand new hotel look elsewhere. Room was clean and average age, with marble bathroom counter. If you're sensitive to cigarette smell may not be your best choice. Parking is pretty easy and free. Entrance is a little clustered.... If you're handicapped might find a little difficult to use a wheelchair.”

“It's a 2 star hotel...so don't go there looking for resort-style accommodation. They do offer a bagged breakfast, good customer service, and a location that's close to convenience and liquor stores, casinos, and a family friendly Mexican restaurant. The WiFi is free, fast and reliable. My room also came with a TV with many channels and an air conditioner that ran just fine all night. For the price, I have no complaints.”

“Love at, newly renovated room were nice they use J.R Watson products a+. The have hot breakfast everyday. Biscuits and gravy ???? everyday. Instead of the typical waffles they have pancakes which was new to me but they were goooood. The staff was amazing and they diffently try to accommodate you when they could. All and all I would most definitely stay here again”

“We had a really good experience here. Very clean in every regard and the staff was VERY friendly and VERY helpful. The park is mostly full-time/permanent residents, but it comes across much more like a neighborhood or a residential community than it does a campground. We always felt welcome and everyone was very friendly. It is very close to the highway and even closer to Costco, but you never really notice until you leave. If you need something within easy striking distance to Phoenix (or the Phoenix metro area) this is your place.”

The staff at the front desk is fantastic and also the engineering staff Alex helped tremendously in getting the grill you want to work so my husband and I could grill some meat rather than eating out. The rooms are spacious and come equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, pots pans and all the utensils you might need for an extended stay. The proximity to the Mayo Clinic is so convenient. My husband who is needing a kidney transplant came to Phoenix from San Francisco and this hotel worked perfect. Also, the hotel does a evening reception and its good. Another night they did a movie night & served popcorn and we watched Home Alone!! Super fun!! The breakfast is nice, I like the mini waffles that are served. Great stay!!”
