“I moved in here last August. It's a nice place to live. Lots of Friendly Neighbors. Fairly Quiet but not like a Graveyard. Most of the Yards are small and you just rent your space. But almost everyone has done some Landscaping, showing Pride in their Home. Some are even fully Fenced. If you're coming here for the first time, ask before you come how to get to where you want to be! Unit Numbers are NOT what you expect!! (Odd may be on left OR right. NONStandard sequence. Unit Numbers NOT always visible.) We have quite a few Kids around where I live and they are in the Streets, riding their Bikes, Skateboards, Scooters, etc or playing Ball which makes the Speed Bumps essential. And boy are there Speed Bumps! 14 of them to get to my place! No parking on the Street. But there are several Guest Parking Areas scattered around.”

“The motel is a very quiet place. The owners are very friendly I mean for what you're getting it's not the cleanliness place. I did vacuum before I went in the room I need a deep clean the owner thanked me for doing that. The cost is $52.00 a night plus you have a $10.00 deposit for the room key and the remote control ,so the cost of the room is $62.00. You do get your $10 deposit back when you return the room key and the remote. But I don't blame the owner for charging that because I'm sure customers before I have not returned the remote or the key and I had to replace them. But I would definitely recommend this motel. They also have other rooms across that they ran out for $34.00 per day plus a $10 deposit, yes the rooms are half the size of the other rooms but if you need somewhere to rest your head”

The ranch itself is beautiful and peaceful, and the Airbnb has all the charm you’d want from a country stay. Maria, the host, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely cared that everything was perfect for my stay. You can tell she puts her heart into this place. “We car camped here for $10 per person, and it’s worth it because you have the communal area (the barn) where you get to meet cool people and cook on a stove and just have a good rest from the sun/wind. We didn’t stay in the rooms, but I’d say they’re a little overpriced, but that building has an even nicer communal area. Location next to Hueco Tanks (5 minutes) is perfect. Had an AMAZING time.. the staff are the best.”

With minits to spare we were met by a very friendly lady. She explained the map and campground to us. We found our camp spot Got hucked up and settled for the night. Up early and back on the rd. Your campground was super. Level pull through lots. Very clean and quiet. We will be back. Thank you”

“We reserved our spot here about 8 hours beforehand. Thankfully, they had an opening since it looked pretty full when we arrived. We arrived after the office was closed and it was still easy to "check in". It is right next to the highway, but highway noise is the best white noise! It was NOT loud. No honking, sirens or any of that annoying highway noise. No loud noises from the people around either. The whole area is so nicely maintained and clean. We were very satisfied with how clean the bathrooms and showers were. The staff was very friendly and nice when we made our reservation over the phone. The price is unbeatable as well. We would definitely stay here again!!!”

“Honestly I don't want to tell anybody about this because it's amazing. It's like having your own private beach. it's nice and quiet everything is perfect. From the lovely pool the quiet rooms, the extra amenities like pool toys and things for kids to build sand castles with. There's a lot of beautiful sea life available we saw manatees stingrays Dolphins crabs a variety of seashells were available. The staff is incredibly attentive and lovely. Longboat Key is amazing. we've spent many vacations up and down the coast of Florida both East and West coasts and this has been fantastic so far”

“Winter Review Played here the first week of December. Course was In excellent shape. Greens look good however they are pretty hard due to being fairly new. Played the rosebud course. Really enjoyed the practice area as well. Carts are in great shape Pro shop is ok. Looks like they are building a really nice one.”

“We stayed at the geodome & enjoyed everything about the whole place. Went on a 5 mile hike to the lotus pond & cabin in the woods, went on a hayride, they had live music, animals, fishing, sauna, beautiful views of the water & lights around all the trees lit up at night. Highly recommend!”
