“Very easy to get your order. You place an order through the app, and then use advanced willcall to enter your order number, and then they text you that your order is ready. This way you can just walk up to the pickup line without taking a number. I must agree however with the comments about customer service. The first time, I had no issues,, the man explained to me exactly how to use the app and will call. Today, I had an interaction with a woman who while counting my supplies was tossing them into my bag without any regard as to how hard the products were hitting the desk. My products were not damaged, but the way they hit the desk while she put them in the bag was like, whatever, and they could have gotten damaged.”

“The manager, Skylar, resolved some concerns I had with my furniture order and she did a great job doing it. I was missing some of my order and she checked the warehouse to find out if the system had been updated. Since it hadn’t, she is going to check it tomorrow and call me with an update. She also placed an order for a dinning room table that was missing from my order and arrange delivery in less than 2 weeks. Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience and I have to say it was a great customer service experience for me.”

“Not my typical go to place as I've become ever more health conscious, but we had family visiting who aren't as die hard on their diet restrictions as we are and we didn't really have any breakfast items for them to eat... So while I was finishing my bike ride, I stopped and got us a 1/2 dozen of doughnuts. The restaurant was very clean, smelled yummy, and the staff were very friendly. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and when I got home, everyone was happy to have yummy doughnuts.”

They have been helping my parents for a few months now and when we had a family emergency they stepped right in to cover extra hours to keep my dad safe and in his home while my mom had surgery. Two specific caregivers that have gone above and beyond are Welcome and Tiajuana. Both these girls were kind and caring. Also, Deborah, who is their regular caregiver, is great with my dad. Crissie Trussel, who it seems is always available, is amazing. We had to switch and change things around adding hours and changing locations and each request was handled graciously and professionally. I would highly recommend Senior Helpers.”

“I have visited this MVD location twice in the past month and I can say it is completely changed. It is the location closest to my house, therefore the one I always go when I need some papers to be done. In the past you needed an appointment to get in and the wait time was… astronomically. But something dramatic must have happened recently since I managed both times to get literally in-and-out, with no appointment, in less than 15 minute: once to get a new ID and secondly to renew my car registration. I don’t know if the office of Governor made things change or there’s a new management at this MVD location but I am a happy citizen. The workers are also surprisingly friendly and relaxed and today there was no waiting line. Way to go MVD! Please share the secret with all the other locations around the valley.”

Saturday we went fir labs, it was then discovered the name and orders belong to another patient. The service was so great she looked up the correct lab orders and we were seen immediately.
