I also had a referral from the water restoration company to their sister company for repairs. Sister company was slow in response to request and couldn't come out for two days just to give estimate. Fine Point was quick to respond, they showed up on time to every appointment. Called and or texted if any issues arose throughout the entire project. They went out of their way to arrive early morning to replace dry wall in order to facilitate tank replacement. We took our items there today and everything went very smooth just as they said it would be. We have a unit on the 2nd floor. Heather took us up to look at it before we rented.
