“My husband booked a day spa for us for Valentine’s Day. We had always wanted to do the Korean scrub since we’ve gone to many Korean spas and never got the chance to do so out of town. I was so happy when I heard that we had a spa here in MN that does the Korean body scrub, ecstatic, in fact. My husband booked the sauna, Korean body scrub, and Deep tissue massage package. Since the party before us was running because they arrived late, we were actually given a lot more time to our sauna time, which was great since we had arrived on time. The women working there didn’t rush us and gave us plenty of time to relax in the sauna. They were extremely friendly. When it was time for the Korean body, I was very nervous and Sarah made me feel very comfortable and just allowed me to relax. Our deep tissue massage was just perfect, I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. My skin felt so smooth and clean. I highly recommend going here for a nice getaway from the kids. It’s always great to give your skin a deep cleanse because your body sweats so much and you really do not know how much dead skin you have on your body. I truly enjoyed my services and can’t wait to book another appointment soon. Thanks for taking care of us!”

“No one is happy when they contact these people! I had to make a contractor claim on a registered contractor in good standing in which the business took a deposit for work to be done which had not yet been started when the business quickly failed due to the unforeseen death of the business owner. The process to make a claim is complicated and based on the laws of our state. I had to do a good amount of work to provide everything needed to make a claim including giving them proof of payment, written statements, contacting the bonding company, and completing several difficult forms. It almost seems like lawyer level stuff, and it is evident there are limits to what they can and cannot do based on the ways the lawmakers write the laws. While navigating this process, when I called to ask questions or for help, the staff in the legal department were very responsive and helpful. If I had it to do over again, would prefer to do business with licensed providers that either take payment once they complete the work, or who take credit card payment for a deposit, as a credit card dispute for non-performance is way easier and faster. For me they came through with a recovery fund payment of which I am grateful. Overall, the AOC employees have a somewhat thankless job and want to say that what they did to research and resolve my case/claim was very helpful and appreciated.”

“My experience was excellent, I was referred to Terry’s by a friend, however he did not know their pricing compared to other competitors. I went in fearful my car would be unsalvageable, or would cost so much I could not afford to fix it and then I would not be able to work. I had help with from Jack on one issue, which he quickly assessed and fixed so I could be on my way to work (I need a vehicle in my line of work). Shortly, after another separate issue came up. I was devastated financially, however they gave me a generous quote. When they were finished they warned me about potential future issues, which I was already aware of, and sent me on my way for a total price of less than they originally quoted. There was no up sale, just good guys helping people out at a FAIR PRICE! If you want to try your luck elsewhere, what can I tell you, good luck, you probably need it, unless money is no object and another shop is more convenient.”
