“What a wonderful experience. My best Concentra experience ever. They were courteous, helpful and friendly all while remaining professional. That's was just the two women at the checkin desk. They worked well together so keep that team together. The Raider fan and the woman in blue scrubs. I thought I was there just for a drug test. Nope, I was wrong. They found in the automated system my employer wanted a physical and drug test. Oh great, I wasn't ready for that, mentally. They put me at ease and helped me thru the process. It went a lot faster than I expected. I was there about 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I had other things I had to accomplish that morning. Once the ladies did their part up front, my name was then called and the physical process began. A nice woman escorted me to the stations to accomplish each task, vitals, weight, eyes, ears and the urine test. I've gone thru this many times before in my past and it was always been impersonal and robotic. This woman was very personable. After all that, I was escorted to a room where I waited for the doctor. To my amazement he was a veteran. I knew I was in good hands. The doctor was very professional, personable and informative. Once he finished, he departed. A short while later, a nice woman answered my questions as she closed out the physical process after providing me with copies for my record. This couldn't have gone any better. Kudos to the staff at this location. They made this process Not suck. Thank You. This Veteran is very happy and will tell others about this place.”

“I just want to say what a pleasure it was dining here. I ordered the quesabirria combo plate that comes with consome, rice and beans. Also, since it was taco Tuesday I ordered 3 tacos de al pastor. All of the food was so good. I kept seeing reviews about people saying how expensive everything is but I disagree. I found the food to be affordable. I was able to eat like a king for slightly under $30 and that was with tip. I am a big dude too but this will keep me full all day lol. The staff was friendly and I loved seeing all the construction workers eating there and everyone was happy. I love that there was raza everywhere it's such a great sight to see. Me encanta! I highly recommend eating here because the food was very good”

“I had to wait 1 and 3/4 hours for a ride home on a very hot day The technicians staggered their lunch break so they could keep the office open for me during the lunch hour. It usually closes from 12:00-1:00 which enabled me to wait in air conditioning until my ride came. They were very patient trying out different masks to make sure I got one that fit. “This is the only hotel I will stay at in the North Mountain area. They are understanding they have been there for me countless times and you are not just another person coming to stay. With the owner and staff you become family and the more you show respect for the business because they are a business first. Then the more like family they become I personally have been staying with them almost 5 months and it's like home to me and my Mrs. Giving my felony background over a DUI has been hectic trying to find adequate housing has been a challenge so I can only imagine how others are doing in that area with worse things on their record. If you are interested in a small tight community with a frequency of new neighbors and things to see and experience I definitely recommend it because you are the change and home no matter how long is what you make it. So please come visit and help turn my home back into the glorious place it is don't listen to the ones who stay here but then say that it is bad because they are not allowed to do what they want and have become bitter. Take it from a nice guy like me that I have pride and I display it by keeping my home and everything around it clean and neat including my shoes and clothes. Everything is better when you take care of it. Not wreck it and then talk down about a place u used to run in the ground before I came and showed you that cleanliness and pride in your neighborhood says a lot about those who are living there. Character is developed over time we never stop learning how to do better than yesterday and my home and the Econo Lodge and it's staff have been doing exactly what I and everyone else who stops in and visits Respect for each other, pride in the property and the neighborhood. Im grateful for the Owner and His property Manager for everything they have done for me I consider them family and you should too.”
