“Where to begin! The Reception Hall, Palacio Real, is truly an amazing venue. The staff and owner are very helpful and ensure that their customers get the service they deserve! My family and I had been looking at venues for a while before my sister had decided on the venue that she wanted for her quinceanera. Initially, my sister had settled for a previous venue. My parents had signed a contract to officially begin the planning of the party. However, we came across this reception hall and my sister fell in love as soon as she saw it. Unfortunately we had to cancel with the other venue and then we were able to come to this venue. Throughout the entire time that my mother and sister would come to the venue to plan on what the tables were going to look like, how the setup was going to be, etc, all of the staff members were incredibly nice and helpful. They are very attentive to what the customer wants! The only downfall that we would have to point out would be that the day of the event, the banquet for the food that we had contracted within the reception hall was approximately two hours late. I understand that the reception hall is unable to control the banquets staff, however, we were relying on the fact that if the venue had recommended the banquet, then we would get excellent service just like the reception hall has provided. Despite the fact that that was not the case, we were still content with how the venue responded to this issue. They acted very professional and truly took action on the issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend this venue! The owner and staff make planning your party so much easier!”
