They also work with you if you need help, at one point I had missed my payment due to my dad being in the hospital and when I told them why I missed it, they immediately waived the late fees I had accrued. It’s also super convenient to make payments as they offer automatic payment as well as an online payment portal. They definitely know how to provide world class customer service and treat you like a friend. I have already recommended this facility to my family and will continue to do so! If you need a storage unit, don’t go anywhere but Ace Storage. :)”

“I had a great experience. We have been on their annual plan for termites for just over 2 years and it is DEFINITELY worth the annual fee. They came out for their second annual inspection and found termites. They scheduled us for a treatment a few days later. The crew was on time and very professional. About 3 weeks later we noticed more termite activity and called them back. The Burns crew came back again a few days later and did a more extensive treatment. Again, they were very professional, on time, and took care of business quickly. Overall, I am very happy with their service at my home as well as over the phone. I highly recommend them. EDIT: I dont remember the names of the first crew but the second time it was 1 guy. His name was Miguel”

“So happy with Universal Glass, who seems to be answering the phone these days for SR Window and Glass. With the Highwinds that surprise has been experiencing, I had a problem with the master bedroom window on the second floor rattling to the extent it would wake me up in the middle of the night. I was so pleased when Billy came out and made a simple adjustment to the window, caused by the screen shade screen installer, at no charge! I couldn’t remember the last time someone came to my house to do a repair and didn’t at least charge me with a service charge $50 or more. Thank you universal glass. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a glass repair company.”

“A gem if you're at all interested in cars and auto paraphernalia. They have a bit of everything from antique toy car models, gas pumps, mechanic tools, a working carousel, and of course cars. Antique cars, race cars, vintage cars, and some modern day cars. It's all well maintained, polished and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They run on donation so there's no charge to enter, but if you can donate $10 per person it helps them keep the place running. In my opinion it's worth it. For time consideration, you might spend an hour looking at everything, two hours or more if cars are a passion and you want to read all the information and inspect them all. It's a good way to spend a morning or afternoon. Small children might get bored as in any museum, but kids who like cars will like it. It has some funny exhibits, carousel, and a driving video game, plus plenty of cars with custom paint that's very eye catching for all ages. If it were a board game I would recommend ages 5 to 105.”
