  Return customer from 2013. Found 2 huge Black Widows last night (Sunday). Neighbor reported he has scorpions.
  
  Nope!
  
  I called 630am Monday morning to attempt to get someone out that day. By 330pm they were here & gone.
  
  From the first phone call (Shannon & Darla) to the technician showing up (Joe), I'd happily pay double for that kind of responsiveness, customer care, attentiveness, professionalism, and dedication to the customer & the job.
  
  Young kids in the house. Several dogs we love. You can't overprice "peace of mind". These folks are outstanding. And their work ethic well, you just don't find that these days.
  
  Thank you is not enough.

  I had a great experience. We have been on their annual plan for termites for just over 2 years and it is DEFINITELY worth the annual fee. They came out for their second annual inspection and found termites. They scheduled us for a treatment a few days later. The crew was on time and very professional. About 3 weeks later we noticed more termite activity and called them back. The Burns crew came back again a few days later and did a more extensive treatment. Again, they were very professional, on time, and took care of business quickly. Overall, I am very happy with their service at my home as well as over the phone. I highly recommend them.
  EDIT: I dont remember the names of the first crew but the second time it was 1 guy. His name was Miguel
