“I had a great experience. We have been on their annual plan for termites for just over 2 years and it is DEFINITELY worth the annual fee. They came out for their second annual inspection and found termites. They scheduled us for a treatment a few days later. The crew was on time and very professional. About 3 weeks later we noticed more termite activity and called them back. The Burns crew came back again a few days later and did a more extensive treatment. Again, they were very professional, on time, and took care of business quickly. Overall, I am very happy with their service at my home as well as over the phone. I highly recommend them. EDIT: I dont remember the names of the first crew but the second time it was 1 guy. His name was Miguel”
