“I had a headlight bulb that burned out twice in a week. I initially visited this location and a very nice young man had helped me. When it burned out the second time I returned to this store and explained what was going on. The manager, Brenda, seemed very concerned and began investigating. She called a tech, Melissa,a asked her to take a look at it. While Melissa was was doing that, Brenda realized a less expensive bulb could have been used and also the original young man had thrown away the second bulb to the pack. She apologized extensively and assured me she wanted to rectify the situation so she refunded all my money and retreived a pack of the more expensive bulbs to replace both of them. At this time Melissa return with the entire pigtail and showed me there had previously been an electrical fire and that's why the bulbs were burning out so fast. Yikes! Both Brenda and Melissa went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. Well done ladies, it was much appreciated!”

I've worked with other printers in the past and found far superior customer service and quality from Jimmy. You can't beat the one-on-one customer service that comes from working with a owner operated shop like this. His pricing is lower than the big box printer I used to use and the quality is far superior. My last run of business cards was 20% cheaper than I used to pay and the card stock was heavier; giving my business card a high quality feel. Jimmy also was able to modify my artwork and gave excellent suggestions design elements. Even though I expected to pay for the extra time he took, he included it as part of the original estimate. On top of all of that, turn around times have been 1/2 the time I'm used to. Great job Az Signs & Printing. You have a customer for life here.”

“These folks did a tremendous job with my family and I. Four of us came in for exams and glasses on two different days. We each ordered two pair of glasses. A few weeks later I picked them all up and we each had problems with at least one pair. So I called the store, was told to come in at out convenience and we did. Well, they fixed everyone's frames quickly and perfectly. Mine however had problems with the lenses. Paul, who I believe was a manger, took the time to meticulously analyze what the problem was with my prescription. Once he determined what was wrong, he made sure to check and double check my vision before recommending a solution. He then told me they would remake the pair for me and include some upgrades for the inconvenience. I felt completely taken care of... and in a world where you often have to fight to get what is right... the people at this America's Best have definitely demonstrated they do the right thing. In short, they live up to their name. Well done!!!”
