I just had a great home buying experience with Wendy Dickerman as my buyer's agent. She contacted me before moving to the area and listened to what I was looking for. The second day of looking at homes, she found the right one for me. I was in the house five days later. I will be using Wendy for all my future real estate needs.

Buying and finding a house during these volatile times is insane. Finding a realtor that’s not all about themselves, pushy, knowledgeable is another vital task in making this process go smoothly and easy. Too many fake and predatory realtors out there are ripping off buyers and sellers. And if your realtor tells you he or she wants to buy your home… run! I’ve known people who have been victimized. Please be careful. I found that Ms. Wendy Dickerman is never in your face, pressuring you, or using false tactics to scare you into buying just any home. I love how she gives you privacy and space to think and breath. And when you tell her that you need a break, she understands and cares about the client. If there’s a home that you want to see, you tell her, and she moves quickly to book the appointment for you to see the home before is sold. I find that Ms. Dickerman is honest, ethical, and a straight shooter who plays no games and most importantly, she’s not all about herself and her wallet. There are a few good apples in the valley, and Ms. Dickerman is one of them.

We were faced with finding a place to live in a wild real estate market from 1,440 miles away. Wendy helped us so much. She got us information, applications and contacted owners and property managers almost immediately whenever we requested it. She responded to dozens of questions right away and even helped us when she was on vacation. When we found a home she sent phone numbers and names of resources for utilities, internet etc. so we didn't have to find everything ourselves. She was so quick to respond it really helped us navigate the move. We will use her services in the future.

Wendy was extremely amazing she was on top of everything very sweet very responsive and did everything she could to make the whole process much easier on us she was much more then a realtor she was also a therapist that helped us navigate through a big move she was amazing....

Wendy is great to work with, she is so responsive, will return call or text same day, that is huge in my book. She is very professional and knows the real estate rules and guidelines ~ especially about how to make an offer. She guided us and we received an acceptance offer the next day ~ I would recommend Wendy for any real estate needs. She is a pro and shines above others we have worked with!
