Alishya offered her help to me knowing very well that rentals generate less revenue for Real Estate Agents then a sale would. Within a few days she generated an extensive list for me to review on a daily basis and within a matter of less than 2 weeks she helped me find a home to rent and secure.
In that time frame Alishya was on top of EVERYTHING. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and was even more thorough than I was when reviewing the property i'm renting as well as the paperwork.
I highly recommend Alishya to anyone who is looking for an Agent who treats EVERYONE (regardless of a sale or rental) the same and puts 110% into each of her clients!!!
