“OUTSTANDING service. I initially called McBride Services to see about getting a new roof on the house. It was long overdue. Nathan came out to perform his inspection and with the help from our insurance company (due to hail damage), Nathan walked me thru the process to not only replace the roof, but also was able to replace the all the trim around the house and garage, new paint job, and new rain gutters all due to the hail damage. The McBride roofers were also wonderful people to work with. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. In all honesty, there were a lot of fun to talk to as well and taught me a few things in the process. They are prepared to be creative with suggestions, but they were very careful to listen to our desires. They were CLEAN. We were prepared for a mess, but pleased with their attention to keeping the home clean every day. Even my son mentioned that he was expecting the effort to be a dusty mess. And they had great COMMUNICATION throughout the effort. From ordering the hardware to the daily work schedule, there was excellent communication and cooperation throughout the process.
