They are prepared to be creative with suggestions, but they were very careful to listen to our desires. They were CLEAN. We were prepared for a mess, but pleased with their attention to keeping the home clean every day. Even my son mentioned that he was expecting the effort to be a dusty mess. And they had great COMMUNICATION throughout the effort. From ordering the hardware to the daily work schedule, there was excellent communication and cooperation throughout the process.
