“Hands down one of the best Thai food places in the east valley. I love how easy it is to order pickup while waiting for things to get better with Covid, but I can't wait to see their friendly faces and eat inside again when things are better because it is so nice to enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly service. You can't go wrong with any of the options on their menu, but my personal favorite is probably the Pad See-Ew, while my boyfriend loves their Thai Fried Rice. I also recommend, if you have room for it, their mango sweet sticky rice. Just thinking about it now, I want to get some, so they'll likely hear from me again soon.”

Amazing service, very honest and knowledgeable owner who you can tell has a good handle on his kitchen..Land of Enchantment plate is New Mexico True..They captured the essences of New Mexico, my wife's Lobster Mac..one of a kind! Kids Spaghetti was the best....of you want authentic made from scratch..Blue Adobe will not disappoint! Our waitress simply the best! Be back real soon! With friends.....”
