(January 30, 2019, 8:12 pm)Tough workout! Loved the full body aspect of this class - it incorporated cardio, HIIT, and strength training. Each day focuses on a different body part or region, so you're always bound to get a good workout in! Workouts can be easily modified based on injuries as well.
(August 21, 2018, 2:15 pm)Jabz is fantastic! I can't say enough about how much I love this gym! I'm addicted and go to classes 4-5 days a week. It's a challenging circuit style workout that is always changing, so you never get bored and they do a great job spreading focus to all of your different muscle groups - so my whole body is getting stronger. The trainers are all amazing and the owner Josette is fantastic, a huge ball of energy that is always upbeat, real and pushing you!
