Heidi is incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable and reviews all the details prior to injecting for proper placement, as well as educating her clients on how Dysport/Botox work, what results you can expect, and more. She even books a 2 week follow up appointment to ensure that one brow isn’t higher than the other and that you are pleased with the results. On top of that, she is a sweetheart! I am so glad I found her and I highly recommend her for your injections!

Wow! Heidi is seriously amazing. Nothing like the first experience I had with injections with a previous doctor. She is incredibly sociable and listens to EVERY concern you might have and gives you feed back with incredible knowledge. She really knows her stuff. She books enough time to do everything with absolutely no rush. She truly takes her time. You really feel like your face is her sculpture and she wants to make it perfect. She books about an hour and 45 minutes which is awesome! Not many medical professionals do this. She really does care about her patients getting enough one and one time: Her aftercare instructions are thorough and she goes over every bit of information. She is also SO clean. She cleans the area as she injects so there is no chance of bacterial infection. The office is also super cute and clean. She is truly a saint. I don’t think I will ever be going anywhere else. Heidi is amazing! As a healthcare professional I am super picky about who I trust my own medical/aesthetic treatments to and Heidi is 5 stars!! She is professional, talented and super easy to work with. She listens to what I want and helps me feel beautiful. If you need any facial treatment definitely check out the aesthetic lab! No pressure sales and very good prices. Her office space is zen and lovely and and she takes more time than any other aesthetics nurse I’ve ever been to.

I have gone to Heidi three times now, and every time I do I leave feeling amazed at not only her ability to perfect my lips and Botox, but her ability to be so kind. She makes you feel like you are more than just a client to her. She is also extremely amazing in that she helps you save money every treatment. She signs you up for points and helps you save if you book three months in advance. Heidi will spend time explaining processes, risks, and work to understand your unique goals. I have been to two others before for procedures, and will never go back. She is the best there is! Give her a chance to make your day better, and your skin a little prettier. You won’t regret it!

She is kind and well informed and makes you feel comfortable with any questions or concerns you may have. Great location in south Scottsdale and the office is so cute and clean!
