“Heather gave my a daughter a very thorough consultation! My 16 year old athlete is motivated and armed with the knowledge she needs to take great care of her body to optimize her athletic performance, minimize inflammation, and just feel better overall. She was excited about it and asked to go to the grocery store as soon as we got off the phone! I’ve preached a healthy diet her whole life, but there’s just something to having a professional tell her instead of just “mom.” Also, Heather helped me to understand the right balance of macros for my daughter being that she’s an athlete.
