The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful when I had questions. Their customer service is phenomenal and unmatched--I purchased a tile table from them last summer and reached out to them last week when a few of the tiles became discolored for unknown reasons. They offered to pick up the table, repair/replace the tiles, as well as reseal it. Within a few days, the table was returned home in perfect condition and at no extra cost!
