Jules walked me through the hole 24 hours of being in labor. She held my hand. She reiterated that I was doing great and made sure I knew everything would be okay when complications arose. My birth plan changed the day my son was born, but Jules made sure I was prepared for this beforehand. She truly loves what she does. Her compassion and love radiate! “Dr Perron is EXCELLENT! When you ask questions he explains what is going on. He values your opinion of how you feel. He has worked on all of my children 3yrs and up (I have 6). Originally I came to him almost nine years ago because of a car accident, but I have learned through my experience that coming in once a month I don't have back, hip, or sciatic nerve pain and no migraines. I also appreciate immensely his diverse training in physical therapy and sports training. Bottom line for seven out of nine years I have driven 30+miles each way because I haven't found anyone closer that is even somewhat comperable.”

“Jeff and Herman saved my shoulders four times! If you want results, Jeff is the man! I have had four shoulder surgeries, one of them a shoulder replacement, and a reattachment of a biceps tendon. Jeff was my therapist of choice each time. Jeff got my shoulders back in shape perfectly. Jeff and the exercise therapist Herman were encouraging in their attitudes, very thorough in their therapy, and created a very relaxed and comfortable environment. They were quite professional but also fun, which made the difficult process of recovery bearable. “Joanne Bender in customer service was great! My son A college athlete) had his ACL repaired about a year ago and loved his e-vive muscle stim brace. It really helped his strength and recovery. Unfortunately, he recently had to have a revision and the first thing he wanted was his e-vive stim brace, but it wasn’t working. I called CyMedica who first gave me step by step instructions to try and resolve the issue to include charging is overnight. No fix, so I called back and spoke with Joanne who was awesome. She was friendly and professional, honoring my warranty and sending a new unit the same day. Thank you Joanne, my son is very excited about being able to use the e-vive again. 5 Star service, 5 Star product! Thanks again!!!!!!”
