“I had a positive experience here, Robert was very kind when can we initiated my rental but he couldn't get me off the phone fast enough when I called to let him know that I had moved out, I had to call because the office door was locked and the last time I was there it was as well but there was signage posted about covid-19, this time it was just locked during office hours, it just seemed odd that he was annoyed that I called him when that was the only Avenue available to me. Apparently I won't get my prorated week back but whatever that's not the end of the world the point of moving out was to save money in the long run. The owners were kind the time that I met them. The only other thing I wished was different is that they had disclosed the insurance requirement on the website before I went there it worked out but I would have liked to know about it beforehand.”

“I was in town during the Easter weekend to run a half marathon and to visit an old friend. I came here a few times to get a quick meal. Coming in from California, it's rather nice to not have to go all the way to Texas in order to get a Whataburger. For both of my visits, I placed my order on their mobile app which was very easy-to-use and convenient especially when you want to customize your order. I normally will get the Whataburger meal with all of the regular toppings and their spicy ketchup for the fries. Occasionally, I'll add a slice of cheese to that burger. Either way, although it's not my favorite fast food burger of all-time, they do have a very solid burger. The employees that I've interacted with during each of visit were all nice and friendly.”

“The crew was great! They arrived on time and with two dollies each, the team if two loaded my truck in 60 min., which I estimated 90, so we were on schedule. They let me know every time a nick or large scratch was noticed on my furniture just to be clear on already damaged furniture. I had plenty of blankets for them to wrap my stuff safely in truck, and it was big enough so "my guys" didn't have to play Tetris with my stuff. I just kinda stood back and let them do their thing, which I really appreciated. I drove the u-haul and they followed, which was all communicated ahead of time. Unloading took a lot more time, since we had to travel up an elevator and down a long hallway before arriving at my new place. They took extra care in protecting the walls, carpet, etc., but hustled the entire time. Strong work, attention to detail, punctual, and caring team of movers. I highly recommend Experienced Movers and will definitely use James and Nick again!”
