Robin (owner) and his wife were beyond accommodating, kind and responsive! We stayed at 3 of their properties. All of the properties were clean and comfortable. “ABSOLUTELY LOVED LIVING HERE!!! I can't say good enough things about this complex. Leland, the assistant manager, and Laurel and Jeana all helped me when I was moving into my studio apartment. I'm super sad to leave this apartment due to unforeseen circumstances, but I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment in Scottsdale. Leland was such a sweetheart when I was putting in my notice to vacate. Maintenance stays on top of things. I've never had an issue with my current apartment except seeing occasional bugs which is COMMON in a big city like Scottsdale. They're very good at getting pest control out ASAP. After they come, I see no more bugs. This is the only problem I've had here. All utilities are included as a flat rate. Super quiet complex. Very clean, there's always groundskeepers cleaning the areas. Apartment is located in a safe, upscale neighborhood. Rent here, you won't regret it.”

“The Cuban coffee was delicious. I also really liked the Cuban toast! It’s just plain Cuban bread with butter, pressed down. The breakfast sandwiches are their own creation and they are good too. The guava and cheese pastry had a bit too much pastry-to-filling ratio, but the taste was good. Really friendly staff. They just opened up last week.”

“I recently moved into Avia, and I love it! It's so perfect and I feel so at home. The leasing agents / managers Andy, Grace, and Stephanie are wonderful. They are helpful, attentive, efficient, kind, and responsive. I moved all the way from Michigan and they had my keys in the apartment for me when I arrived off the plane. They also helped the delivery service get a bed in here so I would have a bed to sleep on. The leasing process and everything was so quick and easy too which made me feel at such peace. This complex also has beautiful kept grounds - a great pool area, grills, plenty of outdoor seating, a pool table, small gym, etc. I am so happy God led me here.”
