“It took a while for me to respond to those two idiots. JLK owns numerous rentals for twenty years and had these two recent complaints. First person filed a fraud rental app and instead of being a CS rep she was a cam girl smoking crack and doing shows. She agreed to leave but changed her mind and was also evicted. She sued and lost The second one was the mother of the tenant. The police raided the condo her son and his heroine addict girl friend were living in and removed thousands of dollars of stolen items. As she stated he went to jail as did the girlfriend. Of course the rent was not paid and they were evicted. The idiot mother wanted to retrieve certain items and of course could not pay a dime. I was kind enough to leave his clothes outside however she never retrieved them. Apple does not fall far from tree. .”

“Nice resort style property with very reasonable prices. The suites are terrific with a kitchenette, a nice living/dining room and a large bathroom. Good for extended stays. The staff is very helpful and tries to ensure you are comfortable. Only negative was the noise from the street, which is a little disruptive when you sit on the balcony, but again you are paying a reasonable rate. The pool is well maintained, but bring the towel from your room :-)”
