“This is not your typical thrift store. It is a mixture of regular thrift store items paired with quite a bit of antiques. The store seems to go on and on, lots to look at! From what I saw on the outside of the store, proceeds benefit Hospice of the Valley, a very worthy cause. I unfortunately did not find a treasure, however my wife made quite the score in the book department (which, they seem to have a ton of old antique books!).”

“I had a great experience with Dedicated Audio when I bought a CD player from the company over the internet. They patiently consulted with me by phone about what I was looking for and made thoughtful, informed suggestions -- helping me find a unit that worked well with my system and my budget. They then sent me the CD player promptly, in a secure triple box. Alas, when it arrived, it was defective and would skip no matter what CD I played. I called them about the problem and they sincerely apologized for the hassle. As it turns out, they did not have a replacement in stock for the unit I bought, but they worked with me to select a different brand. In fact, they helped me upgrade to an even nicer CD player with only a modest price leap. And they sent out the new CD player immediately, even before I had sent back the defective unit. I was very pleased with the new unit and how they handled what could have been an annoying situation. I’ll be buying more gear from this knowledgeable and friendly company.”

However, I got caught up in a very kind talk with the owner who gave sound advice on life and future jobs as well as a little bit about his own life. He was even so kind as to let me wander out and show my jewelry to my boyfriend (who waited outside) before coming back in. He is such a kind and trusting person! I felt like a family friend walking into the store, which I have never felt before as most places tend to have hovering employees who are only interested in prices, and make me feel uncomfortable. Not only is the owner lovely, but the store itself is wonderful! The prices are very low for very beautiful jewelry. They have everything you could want; bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings, you name it! I was very impressed by what there was to see, and how affordable it all was. This would be a great place to go to for proms, weddings, anniversaries, and the occasional “Just to treat myself” days. The jewelry is beautiful and the prices are low, so I know for certain that I will be coming back! I ended up leaving with a beautiful ring and also feeling like I had made a friend.
