The time, energy and effort she put out to make sure all of our invitations and wedding day materials were top notch was unbelievable. We sat down with her and looked at 5 or 6 different invitations and we liked bits and pieces from each one. We made it difficult on her because we said we wanted something from each one. This wasn’t a problem one bit. She came through and produced one of the most beautiful invitations I have ever seen. We are still getting compliments, even a month after the wedding about how beautiful the invitations are. People said they don’t want to throw them away because it’s so gorgeous! “We had a large group there. And admittedly, we were difficult. I hate to admit that. The food was delicious. And our server was so nice, as was everyone that helped us. Service was a little slow but as I said, we were a difficult table. People arriving at different times, etc. my drink took 20+ minutes. No big deal. The tasty food and made up for it. We had a blast. Our server was great. I wish I knew his name. I was one of the late arrivals. Loved my wine that he recommended as well as the shrimp dish. A little spicy but so very good. My 16 year old athlete is motivated and armed with the knowledge she needs to take great care of her body to optimize her athletic performance, minimize inflammation, and just feel better overall. She was excited about it and asked to go to the grocery store as soon as we got off the phone! I’ve preached a healthy diet her whole life, but there’s just something to having a professional tell her instead of just “mom.” Also, Heather helped me to understand the right balance of macros for my daughter being that she’s an athlete. We filled out a thorough questionnaire and through the consultation I came to understand that my daughters nutritional needs aren’t generic and are different from mine or an average teen even. Heather also pointed out some things that made so much sense with regard to my daughter’s current diet and the way it impacts her blood sugar. It just hadn’t occurred to me before Heather pointed it out, but it made SO much sense! She provided simple solutions and we are looking forward to seeing some positive results.
