Alice is grounded in her research, experience, understanding, and empathy for people who have gone through exceptionally difficult circumstances. I was so afraid of accessing any emotional part of myself until Alice provided a framework to understand my experience and my growth opportunities today. She is the Mary Poppins of solutions, often pulling out references to other research or tools I can use today. She’s got a big heart and an informed mind, but she’s no pushover! As hard as it’s been for me to trust anyone with the load of pain I carry, I have learned that trusting the process truly makes a difference.
