Kaizen team, both in Scottsdale and Mesa did an incredible job to repair or replace sensors, computers and major body work and painting to where we can not even tell where the damage was done. They kept us informed of progress and what was even more impressive and completely unexpected and above and beyond is that because I could not make it to the store to pick up the car their team delivered the car to my home. This level of professionalism, service and passion to deliver the very best work possible to their clients is very hard to find these days. First our black lab and then our 2 miniature schnauzers. We always felt they were in great hands when we were away and because our miniature schnauzers enjoyed playing with other little dogs they were frequent guests in all day play group so they could run off some energy and play in the splash pad.
