I had a colonoscopy and the throat scope (forgot fancy name) the same day. I was terrified! Went through each step trying not to cry right before they put me under and Dr. Lam held my hand. I will never forget that as long as I live because that's all I needed and it calmed me so much I wasn't scared. She has so much compassion in her heart. Just that to me was going above and beyond and I cant thank you enough for helping me.”

“I am new to hearing aids. Shauna was very patient and helpful while she answered all my questions. When I started using the hearing aids, I was suprised how clear everything was. I now regret I did not get hearing aids sooner. I love the four modes, which really helps when I am in a noisy environment. I have always worried about changing those tiny batteries, so I got rechargeable so I don't have to deal with that. They said return visits are free with no co-pay. I really recommend Zounds!”

“Dr. Braxton is too cool for this Arizona school. He's a Vascular Surgeon from Chicago, he don't take no guff, nor suffer fools gladly. It cracks me up that he'll smile and talk with you in your first meeting, but he's studying & examining you to see if you're a drama queen wanting attention, or if you really have a concern. In fact, he's a better, more educated, more polished version of me (I don't know if he's mean or petty but I sure am). He and I had a bit of a kerfuffle in the beginning, but he proved to be a consummate, thorough, and caring professional. And I proved to be mean and petty (I kid! I kid!). Assisted by the unmatched, exuberant, but always cool & professional Ms. Kiki & Ms. Becky's squared, and the REALLY nice staff, Dr. Braxton's office is a low key fun visit. Well worth the drive.”
