I haven't visited this U-Haul location, but i have rented moving trucks from many other locations. I've never had an issue with U-Haul and couldn't imagine ever having one. Customer service has always been superb, trucks have always been clean with strong engines & transmissions, while prices have been very affordable and clear with no hidden fees. Thank you U-Haul, I had to leave a comment cause I saw the 1 star rating with no explanation and that is ridiculous, if you rate below 4 stars then you need to leave an explanation, not only is it unfair to the company, but also to the potential customers.
