However i have understand the people they're dealing with are, for the first time, finding out their vehicle needs to be fixed. I would imagine there could be frustration from both parties. “These guys are great. When my truck was dropped off I wasn't completely satisfied by something that probably wouldn't have been a big deal to those that don't pay attention to detail. I didn't want to deal with sending it back but they were adamant they wanted to make it right. They picked my truck back up on another day that worked better for me, took care of the problem and brought it back to me before the end of the day. The issue was completely fixed. Impressive work, I recommend them!”
