“Dr. Kelly is the best doctor of any type that I have encountered in my 77 years. He genuinely cares about your ailments and I never feel like he is "on the clock." He asks just the right questions and seems to know the diagnosis very quickly. He is almost too good to be true! I have to note that the "one star" review following this is obviously a mistake.
