She took us on the tour of the building and we were immediately impressed at how clean and organized it was. We were there to find a place for my mother that we felt had a good, caring and efficient staff. We were not disappointed. My mother was there one week for respite care and they looked after her excellently and the food was absolutely the best. Thank you Angie and staff for taking care of my mother.”

“I received the most wonderful customer service from Luz today. I called to inquire how quickly I would receive an order if placed today and while on the phone I vacillated over whether I wanted 2 or 4 bulbs. She was very helpful and in the end I decided I would place the order through amazon pay after deciding if I needed anything else. I subsequently got very busy and forgot to place the order. A couple of hours later, Luz called me to let me know that someone had just placed a large order for the particularl bulb I wanted and only the amount I needed were remaining, so she was putting them aside for me until I was ready to place the order. I was dumbstruck by the level of customer service I received from her. She went out of her way to connect with me and let me know what was happening because she knew I really needed the bulbs. I’m beyond appreciative of her attentiveness, and it is service like this that will make me a repeat customer. She is wonderful!”

“I came here for the first time with my 2 kids because they had ear aches and the pedestrian wasn't available. I was immediately put into a room by the amazing ladies at the front and within 5 minutes they came and took vitals and asked the usual questions. Within 2 minutes of the nurse leaving the doctor came into see us! Dr. John was so sweet and amazing and genuinely cared. He even let my little girl listen to her heart beat. She was so happy and comfortable with him. We were in and out with 15 minutes. Ive come back 4 times since and every experience has been exceptional!!”

Outstanding service, started the day with a courtesy call letting me know they we're on there way.. On time along with a Good morning and a smile. Proceeded with moving furniture to truck with efficiency and TLC. Unloaded the same way. No dents, no scratches. Even setup a very heavy mahogany king bed that used screws and bolts to put together. “Around noon we discovered we had no hot water. From a recommendation we called Singletary for repair. The person answering the phone assured me they would be there before 5PM even thought their schedule was full and we were being worked in. Sure enough less that 2 hours later we were informed that Joey was on his way. He was very nice and found the problem with little trouble. We have hot water again and I am so impressed with Singletary that I will use them again and highly recommend them to others. Thank you Joey...... Just used Singletary for the 2nd time because of the 1st experience. We had Joey again. He unclogged the kitchen sink and then he replaced the fill mechanism inside the toilet tank. A $10-$14 part at Home Depot. He did a great job on both but I thought $175 charge for just the toilet repair was a little excessive. I would use them again but I might ask the charge before hand. Mu husband usually fixes small things like this but cancer has him laid up.”
