“Newer, modern decor, very clean. Large community area even has a pool table. Small but nice pool. Large outside sitting area with a fire pit. 1 block to the Salt river walkways. Comfortable plush mattress with nice pillows and linens. New clean neighborhood. Negatives- road and aircraft noise. A few restaurants across the street but not much else. Long but nice walk to ASU and downtown Tempe.”
