(August 4, 2020, 4:54 pm)This is pretty nice Enterprise branch in Tempe. It's close to my residence, but they also provide pick up & drop off services. One of the benefits of the location is possibility to leave the car there overnight- parking lot belongs to the branch. Cars are always ready and service has always been on point.

(July 15, 2020, 2:47 pm)Courtney, the branch manager at this location, is amazing! :-) My family and I needed a special vehicle (12 passenger Ford Transit) for a family reunion trip, and Courtney was able to get one transferred from another location, cleaned and waiting for us before our trip! It was such a great experience!
Additionally, when we returned it, we actually had a rock hit the windshield and when we returned it, Courtney was extremely friendly and helpful in getting the glass claim processed. Honestly, this was the best interaction I've had with a company in quite a while! Courtney is who you want as your brand ambassador!
Thank you so much for making our 3,000 mile family reunion trip a huge success! -

(July 3, 2020, 11:38 am)It’s a weird time right now, but I needed to rent a car. I want to commend Courtney Luiso’s FAST, professional and seamless customer service. She called ahead to confirm my reservation and made my first rental experience easy and comfortable. Enterprise has been busy with a lot of people needing vehicles and she handled an entire waiting room seamlessly and flawlessly, I made it on the road when I needed to. She did so kindly to all people in the waiting room.
Highly recommend this enterprise location. -
