“I had a great 1st time experience shopping for a living room set in Mega Furniture. I had a very patient, knowledgeable and customer friendly sales lady name Tricia. She was very detailed, she repeated sales policies and made sure there was a full understanding of what was being offered and what the customer, such as me, should expect. Tricia flowed with the process of allowing us to peruse the chairs available without being intrusive. I had to bring my husband in to seal the deal. I wanted his opinion and input and Tricia was patient with this process as well. For there was some back and forth once my husband came in. The chairs are custom made and the process for picking fabric and colors could have been overwhelming. She sat back, let us work it through and stepped in once she saw there was going to be a sale and finalize the deal. Thank you Tricia for providing excellent customer service.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with this store. The selection was actually really great and the quality of the items sold excellent. The best part, was that they had almost every single piece we wanted in stock for same week delivery. The other big name furniture stores we went to were several weeks out for comparable, and often times identical, furniture and charged much, much more. Our sales lady Rosa was lovely and answered all of our questions. We'll be returning in the new year to purchase more furniture from her.”

“I love this place!!! I called at 1:56pm, the website says they can do same day orders if they're in by 2pm. The woman who helped me (the owner??) was totally fine with doing a deluxe sympathy arrangement, she was super sweet, and said she'll probably end up delivering the flowers herself on her way home in a couple of hours. My friend got the flowers and called me immediately. Her and her family absolutely loved it, she sent me a picture and it looked even better than what was shown on the website.”

I had set up an appointment with the service tech, (who will remain nameless) suggested I have a different size put on my car since it is usually an in stock tire. I went in and had them installed, Tyler B checked my car in that day. They installed the tires and when I checked them before going in for my key the tires looked like they didn’t fit quite right. Tyler B came out looked at my car and agreed. Tyler was able to get 4 tires for me by the following day. He even made suggestions based on the weather where we were moving. I had the tires installed today and they look much better. They had left grease on my tires from the installation. Tyler went in and got a rag and cleaned all of them up. Tyler exemplifies stellar customer service and makes sure his customers are happy! He deserves a raise he is a hard working young man!!”
