They are always professional and honest about cost and price of repairs. They are also very quick about getting me in to help fix both large and small repairs. They are so honest that when a repair need to be done that happened to have a recall from the dealer, they told me take it in for the recall rather than spend money on something that would cost me to have had them fix. Our family is so grateful to have them and know we can hang onto our cars for a few years longer and avoid a new car payment. The lobby area is also very nice and comfortable. I called Premier Auto and Bobby said “bring your vehicle in and we will fix it” I made an appointment, brought my vehicle in and Premier Auto repaired the exhaust manifold leak. They had to extract the broken bolts from the engine head which the other auto shop caused. I definitely will bring my vehicle back to Premier Auto for future repairs.”

He was honest and told me he wouldn't recommend me even spending the time on the car to get a PPI done, and then helped me do research for further steps. He could have easily took my money and done the job I asked him to do, but he was looking after my best interests, and did extra work on top of that. In the end, he didn't ask for a penny and was flexible as I worked with the seller of the car I wanted him to look at.”
