“All the people I spoke with at this facility were kind and helpful but Patty was the best. She followed up with me and made sure my move out was quick and easy. I did knock off one star because about six months into my two years there they raised the price $50 without even telling me first. I understand prices going up as time goes on but $50 seemed excessive especially since my unit was pretty small in comparison to most there. Other than that though the facility was great, always easy to access, great customer service, and my property was good as new two years later.”

“Very convenient parking lot. It's right off of N. Scottsdale Rd. Pretty much as soon as you turn on McKellips, you see this parking lot. Just look for the Vista del Camino signage with the metal leaves (medium sized sign on the ground). The parking lot was clean and not really too busy in the early morning. Once parked and you walk out of your car, you are greeted with a nice scenic view of the lake.”

“Outstanding place to take kids 7 years and below. Plenty of space, usually not crowded. But summer pass and two admissions will have equaled the cost of the summer pass. Traditional admission is $35 and Military is $20z Lockers about $8-12. The only issue is there’s no lazy river and the wave pool only creates one wave per ten minutes. Would like to see more continuous waves.”

Luckily, I was able to return the mattress I bought from a furniture warehouse and get the exact same mattress here…for $300 less. The mattress was in perfect shape, and the 2 gentleman that helped me were more than easy to work with. They delivered and even offered to take the old mattress to the garage to get it out of the way until it was returned back to the warehouse store. Next mattress I get will definitely be from here.”
