  I wanted to take the time to write a review for a person at Public storage. Her name is Patty. What a wonderful person. I was there to put stuff in storage yesterday and what a big help she was. The night before she left me a message about my storage. When I got there apparently the lock was off my storage and items were in there scattered on the floor. Doing a walk thru she noticed the lock off my unit and opened it to find someone in there sleeping and their belongings. She told the person they couldn’t sleep in the unit and the person gathered what they could and left and she called me and left a message. She then went back to the unit and locked it with a new lock. When I got there she explained what happened and even apologized for the problem. She went and got her cart and cleaned the storage immediately as I was there with a full load to move in. She even asked if I needed anything and later that evening when I was finishing up from taking a second load there, I accidentally broke a vase when my load on the cart fell off and she took it for me to throw away. What a pleasant person to talk to, knew her job, and immediately took care of business when needed. Thank you so much Patty you made my experience coming back to a Public Storage very pleasant and relaxing. ????????????

  All the people I spoke with at this facility were kind and helpful but Patty was the best. She followed up with me and made sure my move out was quick and easy. I did knock off one star because about six months into my two years there they raised the price $50 without even telling me first. I understand prices going up as time goes on but $50 seemed excessive especially since my unit was pretty small in comparison to most there. Other than that though the facility was great, always easy to access, great customer service, and my property was good as new two years later.

  5 stars, Really 10 ☆☆☆☆☆ ☆☆☆☆☆ for Rhiannon!!! A very nice, competent, young lady!
  Obviously, management doesn't even provide, a clean atmosphere, for a good employee!
  The entire Place smells, from the moment you enter the office. I was a little nauseated, because I stayed in there too long. It's really unbearable to be in that office for very long.
  It smells like mold and mildew, from the office, to the storage areas.
  The storage compartments, have what looks like fiberglass insulation, on the walls, just hanging out, unfinished,and OLD. It's been there a Good long time!
  
  I dont want that insulation on my skin, which is extremely possible, or my items touching that dirty insulation, that sits there, hanging out, (Literally !! ).
  So, I needed, and have a space between the dirty old insulation, and my items. I have a tiny space, so that I don't have contact with it.
  
  I'm not using that space and didn't need that big of a unit, I only got that bigger compartment, to avoid touching the insulation in the smaller storage compartment.... the insulation is so old, you can see sharp shards of fiberglass, or sharp something!
  I'm wondering, if there's even abestos, in that insulation. Sure seems possible, because of how it looks, how filthy it is, and how old it is.
  
  Rhiannon was nice, and at my request, got a hold of someone, to see if I could get a possible discount because of this situation. The answer was absolute NO!
  There's more, that I can say but I'll finish here.
  The PROS.. Rhiannon in the office, and her explaining everything in detail. The proximity of the location if you're near Scottsdale.
  I really can't believe all these four and five-star reviews. They must not be able to see or smell. Because it's bad!

  My first experience with Public Storage was me showing up for my reservation to be met with an empty office. However John called me the next day to apologise and explain the situation which was completely understandable. These things happen, and given my later experience, was a non issue. We rescheduled my move-in date for the same day.
  
  John provided excellent customer service, explained everything clearly, and the entire process was low hassle and only took about 20 minutes, if that. John was also nice enough to recommend some moisture absorbers for monsoon season, which were sold for a very reasonable 8 bucks.
  
  The units are clean and surprisingly cool in the mid-summer Phoenix temps. The facilities are very well maintained from the unit doors to the gates and pin-pads. Given the size and the quality, the price was great.
  
  Given the ease of the process, the professional nature of the staff and the company as whole. Would Highly recommend to anyone.
