“I took my pickup to a local dealer when it wouldn't move after putting it in gear. Not being a mechanic in any form I took it to the local dealer. The experts, right? Their mechanic said it would cost almost $9000 to repair because the transfer case and transmission needed to be replaced. Then they offered me A LOT of trade-in value for it. That seemed fishy so I didn't trust them after the offer and decided to get a second opinion on the repairs. I am glad I did! As I said, I'm not a mechanic in any way so Mike helped me and explained that the pickup did need a new transfer case, but that the transmission looked good. He saved me over $6000 from what I would have paid to the dealer. I guess now I know who the true expert is and where I'm always taking my pickup for services now. Thanks Mike!”

“I went in there not knowing all that much about Radiators but needed one bad for a SuperCharged R22 that was getting extremely hot on the Freeway hear in the Arizona summer and Ron personally explained everything and suggested a dual flow type radiator and that did the trick! I can push it hard on the Freeway and it only hits 196deg with the A/C on! It was pegging 230deg taking it easy on the freeway and with the A/C off. Very quality workmanship as well, top notch!”

“Wow.... This Express Lane oil change at Larry H. Miller is AMAZING.... Ask for Francisco Miranda you WILL NOT be disappointed... Probably the best customer service I have ever received. I called Friday for a Saturday oil change appointment. I was told no appointments were available, they were booked full. She said I could come as a walk in Sat morning and wait, but that it would not be fast, probably a long wait. I arrived and spoke with Francisco, and let me tell you he bent over backwards to get me in as quickly as possible. He was efficient, and juggled multiple customers at the same time while giving each customer his undivided attention and no one waited more than a few minutes. Friendly and professional is an understatement. I would never deal with anyone else! I will return to this dealer location (even though it is not conveniently close to home) just because of Francisco. Thank you for your upstanding customer service today, it was much appreciated.”
