Had a screw in my tire and needed it repaired after 5 on a Saturday night. We called and they were more than happy to help. Pulled in and they immediately jacked up the car and took the tire off. “I spoke with Jan a few months ago regarding a radiator. I wish I could get service like this everywhere, definitely much more helpful than most. I ultimately purchased from Napa online as there was a 20% off and free delivery deal that made the name brand radiator competitive with lower quality or possibly counterfeit units found elsewhere. But it was the helpfulness of the staff and willingness to source the part that made me choose Napa. Update: Not sure why the owner of the store feels this was not the experience they wanted me to have. If the concern is why did I buy online instead of at the store, I forgot to mention that at the time I called there was a shortage and the Denso I wanted wasn't immediately available. A week or so later it came available online with 20% discount and free delivery, saving me a long trip. I do hope this does not reflect poorly on the staff, I think they're the best. In closing, I'm completely satisfied with my experience and will shop there again. -Ken”

“They deserve 10 stars, seriously. I have a 45 year old Motorhome that’s been heavily modified. Most shops won’t work on it, and quite honestly I don’t trust many people to even touch it. This shop isn’t afraid of anything! Bryan made me feel like a million bucks and cared for me and my rig like we were gold! Tony, the technician who worked on it has the patience of a saint! Tony is also one of the smartest, knowledgeable, and friendly auto technicians I’ve ever come across. He’s one of the very few people I would trust to leave my coach with. Repairs weren’t cheap, but it was fair and they stand behind their work. The whole organization is great and I want whatever they put in their water. Other companies should take notes on how this organization provides a superior customer experience.
