After having a bad experience with an ER doctor, I was hoping to see someone who made me feel good about my wound and Dr. Patel was honest, confident and reassuring. I loved his bed side manner and I truly would recommend him 100%. He wasn’t rushing out of the door like most doctors, he took his time and made sure he explained everything to me to where I felt comfortable before leaving his office. “I do not see where all of the bad reviews come from about this office. From the first time I visited I felt great. The dr. was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough but most of all friendly. That actually goes for the entire staff. Mercedes (receptionist) is one of the kindest and sweetest people. Very helpful. My experience was phenomenal with this practice. “Dr. Weiner is the best! I stumbled upon him because he specializes in some sort of "ear tubes" that involves inflating a balloon in the ear to open the ear canal. Since he was one of the few in AZ that specializes in this treatment, I figured he must know his stuff. Long story short, I ended up seeing Dr. Weiner for a septoplasty instead since the balloon procedure is to be done up the nose, which was basically impossible with my septum situation, so that needed to be addressed first. Dr. Weiner was very thorough in the consultation. There was no rushing to get patients in and out to see as many as he could. I felt like all of my questions and concerns were addressed and then some. My septoplasty procedure went great!”
