Get the patients in and out through our doors, and bill the insurance. However, I changed my opinion after I received a referral to East Valley Ophthalmology. I went, and it has been remarkable since I entered their care. Everyone is courteous and caring, and I have yet to meet an employee with a negative disposition. The eye care professionals at EVO are knowledgeable and thorough. My doctor is awesome. They did the necessary tests and sent him home with pain pills to control the pain until he could get an appt. with Dr. Grossklaus. Now, it's a week later and his pain has hit with a vengeance. The nice lady that answered the phone was very professional and told us to come in to see the Dr. right away. The staff jumped through hoops to get the records from the emergency room and to schedule the surgery for the next weekday. We were very impressed with Dr. Grossklaus and his staff.
