Some of the nurses in the past have made us feel less than or like we don't matter just because we are on methadone, but that's old news because we met Shelby sometime ago. She's an amazing person, she always puts a smile on mine and my husband's faces every time we go in. I only go once a month, but she never fails to remember the details about my life, and always seems to ask how my kids and I are doing with a smile on her face, even though she might not be having the best day. She's great to talk to and is truly a good person! I appreciate every time I get to see her even though it's once a month, because she always makes me laugh and smile no matter what! “Very easy to get your order. You place an order through the app, and then use advanced willcall to enter your order number, and then they text you that your order is ready. This way you can just walk up to the pickup line without taking a number. I must agree however with the comments about customer service. The first time, I had no issues,, the man explained to me exactly how to use the app and will call. Today, I had an interaction with a woman who while counting my supplies was tossing them into my bag without any regard as to how hard the products were hitting the desk. My products were not damaged, but the way they hit the desk while she put them in the bag was like, whatever, and they could have gotten damaged.”

“Helped so much with my cramps! Yes, this is TMI, but ladies, if you've got a horrible time of the month, you must go to Levanah Acupuncture. She is very careful with those needles, and she uses a heat lamp also. Most of the time I do not feel the needles, but maybe a small pinch. It goes numb after a minute, and I fall asleep. She is a very competent and courteous, and her office is a peaceful environment that encourages healing. Doctors can only help so much with female problems-- it's either a hormone pill, a pain pill, or surgery. I'm a total believer in alternative medicine now.”
