“Several years ago, we searched for a nice place to house an elder, aging father. After several months of searching east valley care locations we came to the conclusion that there was no place good enough and took Dad into our home, hiring a day care person to cover the period while we worked. It was ultimately satisfactory and we were glad to have done it. Fast forward a decade or so and we were a similar situation with a quite cantankerous brother. A very, very fussy friend recommended Colten Adult Care, so we went for a tour. It seemed great, so we signed up, though we remained doubtful that anyone could provide care for Mr. Cantankerous. We were wrong. He's been there for nearly a year now and though he is (euphemistically) a grouch, he is cleaner than we've seen him in 50 years, he's eating better, still curses a blue streak, and is treated wonderfully. Even he admits it. I can't give a higher recommendation than I give to Casa Buenavante and the staff there. Thank You!”
