“All too often we take the time to complain, however this review is just the opposite. The staff at this Empower Physical Therapy location Chris, Paulina and Ryan are amazing. When I started this injury a year ago I was promptly sent to PT. Chris started my shoulder therapy along with taping my injury and I was on the road to mending, unfortunately due to my detriment I re injured myself and had to have surgery and back to therapy I went. As soon as you walk into this location you are greeted by Paulina with a smile along with: how is your day going are you feeling any better. Also, I never had to wait for service and my therapy was perfectly suited to my injuries, each time I went I received phenomenal care. Chris, Ryan and Paulina were very compassionate and were patient with me. Chris is an amazing therapist who suited my therapy perfectly to my injuries. Ryan is never short of amusing stories that somehow make the time go faster. I felt very taken care of and most of all, they got me back to full functioning, being able to do all the active things I love to do. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the office as well. I will definitely be referring family and friends here! You won’t regret going here!”

I think I have to go into the office to get an appointment because I can't get someone on the phone.When Ms. Rosa ( I think that’s her name) was working I call max twice or leave massage and she will call. Today early in the morning I called numerous times and left three massage at this time still nobody answer. Other than that, the friendliness and care that the staff has for the patient are super.”
