Now that I've been to both, myopractics hands-down is a better treatment with longer lasting results. Mike bailed me out of huge lower back pain to where I couldn't sit or stand without huge pain. At the first treatment, he calmed my nerves, did his magic, and I walked out of there like a real human. The pain was lessened by at least 80% that day and continued to improve over the next couple sessions. Now we (my husband and I) see Mike every 2-3 weeks for maintenance and my back has never been better.
