“I want to start by saying thank you so much and if I could give 10 stars and beyond I absolutely would. I am floored with the AMAZING service my baby received here. My dog had her shots elsewhere once she turned a year old, just a few days ago. She started to have really bad, uncontrollable bowel movements and vomiting. The office where the shots were performed told me that vaccine reactions weren’t a real thing and gave us some antacids and a bag of expensive food that my baby won’t even touch, which mind you they didn’t even tell me the price of until I was at the counter paying and JUDGED ME MERCILESSLY when I asked what the prices of things would be. After getting worse and having to already pay for a second visit elsewhere, I called this clinic in hopes that they could fit me in this week, THEY GAVE ME A NEXT DAY APPOINTMENT WITH NO ISSUES. THEY WERE AMAZING. They apologized for the other vet’s incompetence, which they absolutely did not have to do and treated my baby like she was their own. Dr. Chelsie Daniels and Maggie the vet tech were absolutely amazing and informed me that it did actually seem like a vaccine reaction, or a reaction to the heartworm preventative and ensured me that the next round of shots(WHICH WILL ABSOLUTELY BE DONE BY THEM) will be handled more thoroughly and professionally. I am honestly so happy I chose this facility and do not regret a thing about it. Pricing was amazingly reasonable and they DO NOT JUDGE if you can’t afford to do everything recommended, instead will point you in the right direction as to what is MOST NECESSARY for the current condition. They also give you a complete breakdown of EVERYTHING before the services are rendered and do not hide any charges. They perform an exceptional and thorough exam and explain everything to you in a way that is very kind and informative, instead of condescending. Layla, my puppy, will not let go of the toy they so generously gave her and is finally on the way to recovering after three days of pain and misery. I can’t thank y’all enough for your help and will absolutely be returning for yearly exams and shots in the future!”

“I’ve come here twice with my son. Initially I chose here because it’s (I think) a non-corporate Urgent Care and I like to support small business. I am also generally a difficult parent for most doctors and am hard to make happy. I have nothing but positive things to say about this urgent care. For the first time we came for his broken arm, the second because he had strep. Both times I happened to see Tiffany the NP. Both times she was great and the wait was short. The office staff is very nice. I had a high deductible plan at the first visit as well and they were able to tell me cash vs insurance amounts without any nonsense. Cash pay was cheaper so we did that. It’s surprisingly uncommon to have that information provided transparently in a timely manner. I definitely appreciated that, too.”

“My son has been terrified of doing anything at precious dental offices. What a relief it was to see him be able to calm down and actually let the assistant clean his teeth and the dentist to check his mouth!! The atmosphere here is SO kid friendly and fun... way less intimidating. And the staff are super friendly. I highly recommend this office! Christina and Dr. Mike are so great! The holding and hugging that goes around there is amazing. You get more love here than you get at home. The food is so healthy and delicious...it’s made with love.
