“I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Nathan Moore, the medical and administration staff that provided me with an awesome experience receiving a new hip. I am a 72 year old Canadian, who was informed that due to the Pandemic, there could be over a 2 year wait for a hip replacement. My debilitation, pain and quality of life was at a point where a delay was out of the question. On a recommendation from a previous patient of Dr. Moore, I decided to travel to the Phoenix Spine and Joint Clinic in Goodyear AZ and have the surgery. From the initial correspondence, I was given a surgery date of choice within 3 weeks. My experience from start to finish was amazing. The care and attention given to me by all, was much appreciated. They are highly skilled at their profession and it was evident by my ease of mind, speedy recovery and regained mobility without pain. “Updated: If I could, I would give them 7 star rating for carside assistance. It is very easy to book and get an appointment for carside assistance. Must say - cake walk to reschedule as well. We already availed the carside assistance 3 times now. My Mom gets bloodwork every few weeks, due to her chemo therapy. On our first carside assistance visit, my Mom was very weak and could hardly talk. She was anxious as well. When we got there, instead of calling the number (as instructed) I just walked in to inform that we were waiting at the carside. We didn’t have to wait long, perhaps 5mins. We were helped by Ms. Dimeca. She is awesome, very kind and thorough with her work. We loved her. Inspite of being busy, she didn’t rush us at all. Dimeca offered water, patiently waited for my Mom to feel better before drawing blood. She was super gentle and very kind. We were touched by her care and kindness. I would highly recommend using their carside assistance. And many many thanks to Dimeca for taking so good care of my Mom. We’re blessed to be surrounded by people like Dimeca! Old review: It is very hard to get an appointment at this location if you need something within 2 days or so. If you don’t have an appointment, then be prepared to wait for at least 30-45mins or more. If you have an appointment and you check-in as soon as you walk inside the premises, the chances are you’ll be called in less than 10mins and finish the process pretty quickly. Overall good team but I don’t like the wait. Hence an appointment is a must!”

With covid in tact and only being able to do phone consultations I was extremely nervous to have a breast augmentation done. Especially never meeting Dr in person. “Amazing pediatric dentist! Scheduling over the phone was great and from the time we walked in to when we left, everyone was so friendly, polite, and nice! They made my 1 and 3 year olds so comfortable. They were very patient and kind to them. I also liked that we sat next to them and we actually had a room with two cleaning chairs to ourselves.
